This campaign was designed to get sports fans talking about VIZIO. We created a series of viral videos featuring Blake Griffin performing "Slam Dunk Poetry." Despite spending $0 on media to promote them, the viral campaign was picked up by everyone from Sports Illustrated to Buzzfeed and Mashable. To build on the momentum, we had Blake show up unannounced at The Laugh Factory and perform the poetry live. That too was picked up by TMZ and a slew of news outlets. We created Gifs and used Instagram and Tumblr to spread the word. It became the third most trending topic on Twitter. The campaign generated more than 4.4 million media impressions.
